Red Bull chief Christian Horner has spoken for the primary time since being cleared of allegations of inappropriate behaviour.

Allegations of inappropriate and controlling behaviour have been made towards Horner by a feminine colleague earlier this month. Horner all the time denied the allegations and was cleared on Wednesday (28 February) by Red Bull following an inner investigation.

The Brit has now spoken for the primary time since being cleared as he prepares for the Bahrain Grand Prix on Saturday. Horner spoke to Sky Sports reporter Craig Slater on Thursday.

He stated: “Look, I’m just pleased that the process is over. I obviously can’t comment about it but we’re here, very much the focus is now on the Grand Prix and the season ahead and trying to defend both of our titles.”

Pressed on whether or not it could be the tip of the matter, Horner replied: “I can’t give you any further comment but the process has been conducted and concluded. I’m pleased to be here in Bahrain with the team and focused on the season ahead.”
