A runaway electrical automobile hurtling down the motorway with the driving force unable to brake noticed cops scramble into motion.
Officers from Merseyside Police and Greater Manchester Police raced to the M62 and enforced a closure whereas they used specialist ways to convey the automobile to a halt.

The North West Motorway Police posted on-line: “Police currently have a lane 3 and 4 closure on M62 EB J11 to 12. This is following the use of tactics to stop an electric vehicle with an electric fault where the driver was unable to brake. Motorway officers from Merseyside, Cheshire and GMP brought the vehicle to a safe stop.”

The information comes after a person claimed he was “kidnapped” by his personal electrical automobile – leaving him begging cops to ram the motor off the carriageway.
Brian Morrison, 53, says he was compelled to dial 999 from inside his new automobile in a bid to cease the maniacal machine from taking him prisoner. The MG ZS EV, he claims, received caught at 30mph in a ”catastrophic malfunction” as he headed dwelling from work final October.

He mentioned: “I realised one thing was incorrect after I was coming as much as a roundabout, and went to decelerate – however it did not do it. Then I heard a loud grinding noise that gave the impression of brake pads – however as a result of it was such a brand new automobile I knew it could not be an issue with them.
“I managed to get around roundabout going at about 30mph, and then had long road ahead of me, so I assumed it would stop without me accelerating – but it didn’t. I have mobility issues, so I couldn’t even jump out – I was completely trapped inside the car going at 30mph. It might not sound like it is very fast, but when you have no control over the speed and you’re completely stuck inside it’s terrifying.”
