UK climate maps have revealed the precise date when the entire nation will likely be hit by snow and rain.
The newest maps from WXCharts present Scotland will likely be lined in snow whereas the remainder of the UK will see heavy rain on March 16. The maps present temperatures in northern Scotland will drop to 0C, the Express reported.
Places like Wick, Inverness, Fort William, and Portree may see snow falling at a charge of 1cm per hour, rising to 10cm per hour on March 17.

Meanwhile, maps for cities like Edinburgh, Newcastle, Manchester, Birmingham, and Cardiff have turned blue and inexperienced. This signifies heavy rain for these areas.
Cities like Birmingham, Worcester, and Plymouth may see between 0.6-1mm of rainfall per hour, in line with the maps.
The Met Office’s long-range forecast between March 14 and 23 suggests: “Around the middle of next week, conditions are expected to once again turn unsettled across western areas with outbreaks of rain and perhaps some strong winds, particularly in the northwest. Elsewhere, mostly dry at first with some sunshine.

“By the end of next week, conditions are likely to become more widely unsettled with rain and showers for all regions at times, although the wettest weather is likely to the in the south and west, with some drier and brighter spells still likely in the north and east.
“Showers could possibly be heavy at occasions within the south, with a danger of thunderstorms right here. Temperatures will likely be close to or barely above regular, though there’s danger of some colder interludes, with in a single day frost, throughout northern and jap areas.”
The Met Office is predicting a “gloomy Monday” in some areas of the UK though a weather divide is on the way from Tuesday to Thursday as the “north and west will likely be breezy with bouts of rain.”
