Only 3 per cent of UK employees are glad to be within the workplace 5 days per week and over half would take a pay lower to have the ability to work extra from house, a recruiter has warned.

Data from recruitment agency Morgan McKinley has discovered 93 per cent expressed a powerful choice for persevering with in a hybrid or distant work mannequin.

The survey of three,400 employees revealed that one to 2 days within the workplace is the favoured weekly working sample for 52 per cent of pros, with an additional 22 per cent deciding on three to 4 days.

Only 3 per cent are glad to be within the workplace for 5 working days. And as many as 51 per cent of employees mentioned they might even forego pay raises for extra flexibility.

David Leithead of Morgan McKinley mentioned: ‘Four years after the pandemic, the global workforce is still grappling with the ongoing debate surrounding hybrid work models.’
