Baba Vanga’s spooky 2024 predictions are sending shivers down Brits’ spines as they seem to be unfolding before our very eyes.
The late Bulgarian clairvoyant, who passed away over a quarter of a century ago, is still causing a stir with her prophecies that continue to manifest in real life. Despite losing her sight as a child, Baba Vanga eerily foresaw numerous global events, nailing predictions like the 9/11 terror attacks and even Brexit.
Now, one of her forecasts about the UK facing an economic downturn has hit the mark with Britain’s GDP taking a nosedive by a shocking 0.3% in just three months. And if that wasn’t enough to have you peeking through your curtains, another of her premonitions has come to pass with today’s wild weather.

Brits were jolted awake by thunderstorms so intense, some swore it was “like a bomb went off”. The night sky was lit up with spectacular lightning strikes while thunder boomed, rattling windows and stirring fear.
While we’ve been spared from catastrophic events thus far, Baba Vanga ominously envisioned a year plagued by fearsome weather and natural disasters. She spoke of an orbital shift that typically unfolds over millennia potentially happening rapidly, triggering climatic chaos and a surge in radiation levels, reports the Mirror.
The Met Office has ramped up its weather warnings across swathes of the UK after a night of intense thunderstorms and relentless downpours and it’s not over yet, folks. More stormy shenanigans are on the cards for this evening.
The Met Office issued a statement saying: “While some areas will remain dry, thunderstorms are likely to develop this afternoon and evening from the east and move relatively slowly westwards or northwestwards.”
“Where thunderstorms occur, heavy rain accompanied by frequent lightning is likely with potential for 25 to 30 mm of rain to fall in 1 or 2 hours in a few places and perhaps as much as 50 mm could fall in one or two spots. In a few places, there may also be some hail.”
But it’s not all doom and gloom!
A psychic’s prediction of “drastic developments” in healthcare might just be on the money. Recent news has confirmed that a lung cancer jab is in the pipeline.
Top boffins from the University of Oxford, the Francis Crick Institute and University College London are all hands on deck with ‘LungVax’. They’ve bagged a cool £1.7 million ($2,139,225) from leading UK charities to whip up 3,000 doses of the vaccine.
