Luke Littler held his fingers to his lip and looked at the hostile Aberdeen crowd after beating Nathan Aspinall.
The 17-year-old found himself on the end of huge jeers for the second Premier League week in a row. Seven days previously, the World Championship finalist overcame Gerwyn Price, Nathan Aspinall and Michael van Gerwen, while also taunting the Liverpool crowd.
But while the Manchester United fan was expecting the boos from Liverpool, he looked rather surprised when the Aberdeen crowd began getting on his back. After he managed to overcome Aspinall 6-5 for the second consecutive week, Littler unleashed his frustration on his fans.

When Littler nailed his beloved double 10, he turned to his left, strode to the edge of the stage and stared at a section of the crowd who were jeering him. He held his index finger to his lips to “shhh” the Scottish locals, who may have just become his new rivals.
Even Aspinall looked rather stunned by his immensely aggressive celebration. Littler shook hands with his good friend and practice partner. One fan said: “Could give it last week but can’t take it.”

Another fan also warned the teenager he could become a reviled figure like Gerwyn Price, saying: “It was nice to see he had that in him last week but he needs to put it to bed now or he will end up like Gezzy.”
Another fan echoed those sentiments, saying: “I like Luke littler but he’s gonna be the next Price if he carries on.” The hostile atmosphere did little to affect him, as Littler went on to demolish Premier League nemesis Michael Smith.
The 2023 World Champion has beaten Littler more times in the Premier League than anybody else. However, Bully Boy was bullied by the teenager, who emphatically demolished him 6-1 in the semi-finals.
Littler went on to face Rob Cross in the final, who had overcome Michael van Gerwen and Luke Humphries in his respective matches.
