Lisa Rossenbach, the ex-wife of World Cup winner Roman Weidenfeller, has found love with another Bundesliga star.
Rossenbach, 37, had tied the knot with the former Borussia Dortmund shot-stopper in 2015, but they went their separate ways last November. And according to German-outlet BILD, Lisa has already found a new beau in the form of Augsburg star Arne Maier.
Maier was on target for the German side last month, seemingly dedicating his goal to the glam WAG, making an ‘L’ gesture with his hands. The pair reportedly met late last year, before making things official in the New Year.

Lisa and Weidenfeller, who was part of Germany’s 2014 World Cup winning squad, announced their amicable split on social media. Weidenfeller said: “It’s true, Lisa and I are no longer a couple. We have separated amicably.
“We unfortunately had to realise that it (their marriage) wasn’t going to work in the long term. For us, our two children come first. As parents, we will of course look after their welfare together.”

Lisa and Weidenfeller have two children; Leonard, aged eight, and one-year-old Luna.
Weidenfeller retired back in 2018, following a glittering career that saw him spend 16 years in Dortmund. Alongside his World Cup triumph, the shot-stopper also conquered Germany twice during the reign of now Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp, as well as claiming two DFB-Pokal winners medals.
Maier meanwhile, didn’t kick his first ball professionally until 2017, when he made his debut for Hertha Berlin.
Maier has played 83 times for Augsburg since joining the club from Hertha Berlin back in 2022. And he’s been capped at youth level by Germany – but he’s yet to make a senior appearance.
At the weekend, Maier was substituted as Augsburg lost 5-1 to Weidenfeller’s former club Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund had named a much-changed side due to their Champions League clash with PSG on Tuesday (May 7), which they went onto win.
