Model caught in XL bully battle practically had breast implants torn out

A woman trying to break up an XL Bully dog fight was left with horrific injuries including having her breast implants almost torn out.

Charlie Watts was savaged by a dog called Juju in a 35-minute horror attack which left her with 200 puncture wounds and in need of 80 stitches as well.

The 28-year-old was trying to break up a fight between the vicious dog and her XL Bully called Titan on April 9, 2024.

Charlie, a model, claimed Titan saved her life by defending her until she escaped into her bathroom in Holt, Norfolk. Charlie said Juju was “fixated on hurting” her.

She said: “He was just fixated on hurting me – you could see it in his eyes. But Titan jumped in to fight him off. I was trapped on the floor and at one point Juju got hold of my left breast and was playing tug of war with it.

“When he was on top of me, I could literally feel my [dental] veneers clashing against his teeth and the only thing stopping him from getting my face was my arm in his mouth.”

With help from a neighbour, she then climbed down a ladder from her first floor window, covered in blood. It took Charlie’s grandparents 80 hours to clean the blood from her home.

Charlie was admitted to Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital for four days as she received treatment for bites, mainly on her arms and legs. She is still undergoing treatment and can’t use one arm.

She said: ”I’ve now got tissue, nerve and muscle damage in my arm and I still have no use of it.

“The doctors didn’t think they’d be able to save my breast implant, but luckily they have kept it in. I was going to get them redone last year but I’m so glad I didn’t now.”

Charlie said she had taken in Titan three years ago and rescued Juju last December, ahead of the XL Bully ban.

Juju was quickly determined to be an XL Bully and was destroyed.

Titan was released back to Charlie “on bail” pending a possible court hearing to decide if he should also be destroyed, but Charlie claimed her pet saved her life.

She said: “Titan saved my life – I wouldn’t be here without him. Everyone has been coming up with crazy stories and saying both dogs attacked me, but it’s not true.

“Titan is my absolute world. I don’t know what I’d do if I lost him so I’m going to do everything I can to save him.”
