Police officers ‘rated’ feminine colleagues – learn each sleazy WhatsApp message

Derogatory messages shared between a pair of disgraced ex-Merseyside police officers have been revealed in full.

Exchanging multiple demeaning and revolting WhatsApp messages about female colleagues has cost Acting Inspector Andrew McLullich and PC Paul Jackson their jobs in policing.

Explicit sexual messages discussing 13 different women, taking pictures of some of them without their consent, between March 2020 and January 2021.

A 2022 misconduct hearing found their “highly offensive, inappropriate’ behaviour” had breached professional standards, and the pair were banned form policing for life for gross misconduct.

The pair’s “highly offensive, inappropriate’ behaviour” breached professional standards, and the cops were banned from policing for life for gross misconduct after being placed on the College of Policing Barred List, reports Liverpool Echo.

Merseyside Police has now released the full report, which sets out McLullich and Jackson’s conversations about their fellow officers, whose full names have been removed to protect their privacy.

The following exchanges are the men’s foul messages in full.

In March 2020, McLullich sent a message to Jackson with a screenshot of Miss A’s Facebook page.

PJ: Facebook says no.

AM: Found her on facey I win

PJ: Hmmm I have a dubious one

PJ: “Black Dress”

PJ: “Proper name that though… all fit

On 13 April 2020 McLullich sent a message telling Jackson to look up Miss B on Facebook.

AM: [Redacted] on Facebook when you get 5 mins mate

PJ: Absolute filth that, she the one on [redacted] block

AM: Yup

PJ: Every Dad’s nightmare and dream all in one there… depending on what kids you got

AM: HaHa. She’s as hard as f*** too. Dopey as hell tho

PJ: She looks it, I remember she was dressed rather provocatively at the Xmas do (emoji) I’d only need a few minutes… max (emoji)

On August 2 2020, McLullich and Jackson made comments about a male colleague’s wife, Miss C.

PJ: [Redacted] on FB

AM: Cheers offs, straight into top 5

PJ: [Redacted’s] missus

AM: Is it ????. Her ex is on [redacted] or was tutored on it, how does he manage that

PJ: yeah… remember this now. He’s sitting [redacted], she’s [redacted] not awkward. Her main photo is on FB with [redacted]

AM: Ha Ha Just s**g her it’ll remove the awkwardness

PJ: She looks like [redacted] from behind, nothing wrong with that

AM: Seen worse

On 7 August 2020 the pair continued the conversation.

PJ: [Redacted’s] bird was on Wirral yesterday speaking to him looking as fit as f*** (emoji) he was say he’s fed up of bobbies at central perving at her (emoji) I’d no idea what he was on about

AM: I saw her leaving Edge Lane yesterday in tight gym gear (emoji)

PJ: Ha Ha f*** sake no pics (emoji)

AM: you can’t have a nice car and expect others not to admire the view (emoji)

PJ: True; its when others test drive it gets frustrating (emoji)

AM: I wouldn’t mind a quick ride

On a date between August 2 and 7 2020, Jackson messaged McLullich about Miss D.

PJ: “Best t**s on the block”

AM: l’ll let you know

PJ: Who just now tho…?

AM: Ohhm Hmmmm I’d like to see [redacted] they look a nice handful don’t think anyone else is really packing much

PJ: Dirt?

AM: I wish. All mouth I reckon

PJ: Like to find out (emoji)

On August 7 2020 McLullich and Jackson exchanged messages about Miss E and her social media accounts.

PJ: [Redacted]

AM: Nice Skype Pic social media says no (emoji)

PJ: Just call me boss skype, she’ll be switched on about social media

AM: Yeh thought that I’d like to see her for real

PJ: She’s later cover for Wirral. Gonna see if she’s in Wallasey office now (emoji)

AM: Early updates please (emoji)

PJ: She note here b*****d at OCC

AM: She’s teasing you, wants you to chase her

PJ: I know cheeky cow (emoji)

On August 9 2020 Jackson took a photograph of a fellow constable, Miss F, without her knowledge while she was working. He then sent the picture to McLullich, who told him to watch the woman performing a sex act on herself.

PJ: I’ll give her a helping hand

AM: Gentleman

Jackson then made a sexual comment about the woman, implying she was flirting with him

AM: I can clarify I definitely heard that, “hehehehe” outrageous flirting

PJ: She wants the supervisors sword (emoji) got …… over here after a piece too

AM: Yes I believe you were out with her earlier

PJ: Yes needed a bobby for a job that wouldn’t f*** it up and it just happened to be a good looking blondey, excellent work

AM: Poor pickings here new student starts next week?

PJ: 31st You’ll be fully briefed when she lands

AM: Thanks prefer debriefed

PJ: Hopefully

On August 12 2020, McLullich sent Jackson a screen shot of Miss G’s personal Facebook page with the comment “New girl on my block”. Jackson responded with a gif of two superheroes with the words “hulk smash”, which “indicated that he wished to have rough, aggressive sexual intercourse with her”.

McLullich responded by saying “tip top only 19” and “impressionable too”

On August 18 2020, Jackson sent McLullich the collar number of Miss E with a winking emoji.

McLullich told him he was on leave and did not have access to intel systems. Jackson responded saying that he had searched social media to no avail and then stated, “you’ll have to trust me its decent”.

McLullich then asked Jackson to “send him a sneaky one” which he did. McLullich responded: “Who’s she b block?”

On September 10 2020, McLullich started up a conversation about Miss F, to which Jackson said: “she is sitting right in front of me”. McLullich responded with a graphic sexual remark about what he thought Jackson should do to the woman, adding: “lawful order”.

On September 29 2020, McLullich sent a message to Jackson with Miss G’s collar number. Jackson indicated that had looked at her skype picture and that he wasn’t impressed saying “hmm skype picture doesn’t look convincing”. He then went onto say “better in real life I hope”.

In messages relating to Miss H and Miss I, on October 1 2020, McLullich sent Jackson the collar number of one of the women. Jackson responded “home now you’ll have to provide the intel”, indicating that he did not have access to force systems in order to look up the number.

McLullich then sent the woman’s name, and Jackson said “I know this name”. McLullich responded: “good work, she called me about mispers (missing persons)”.

PJ: think either I’ve checked her out or you’ve put her on my radar

AM: First time she’s entered mine

PJ: Blonde – mid 30’s
