A man has died after ‘falling to his death’ at a car park at Manchester Airport.
Emergency services were called to the airport at 7.40pm on Friday evening following ‘reports of concern for his welfare’.
A man in his 40s, who was believed to have fallen from a car park, was pronounced dead on the scene.
Greater Manchester Police said there are not believed to any suspicious circumstances surrounding his death and enquires into the incident are ongoing.

In a statement, a spokesperson for the force said: ‘At around 7.40pm on Friday 17 May 2024, we were called to reports of a concern for welfare of a man at Manchester Airport’s Terminal 2.
‘Officers attended the scene and located the victim. Despite the best effort of the emergency services, a man in his 40s, was pronounced dead at the scene.
‘There are no suspicious circumstances. Enquiries are ongoing.’
