Fantasy football forfeits are nothing new but one group of Fantasy Premier League players have come up with what fans have dubbed the most “insane” punishment yet – and it involves fathering a child.
Users of X, formerly Twitter, went into meltdown when one FPL player posted a photo of his leaderboard and disclosed the bizarre forfeit awaiting one of his mates.
The list of prizes for the top performers was nothing hugely out of the ordinary; a handsome £700 cash prize for finishing top, £200 for second place and a bottle of booze for the bronze medal spot.

But it was the bottom half of @Farda_Alphonso’s list that really got people talking. And in particular sixth place…
The list read: “6th – Donate sperm to sperm bank” and while it was given the caveat of being “subject to change”, FPL fans didn’t hold back.
Quote tweeting the list, user @iilhqn wrote: “Fathering a stranger’s child because you came 6th in FPL”. Another fan simply added: “Insane” while a third told their pal “don’t get any ideas”.
