It’s been reclaimed by nature, hidden almost entirely by shrubbery, and going up for auction at £140,000 — but you can’t view it beforehand.
A derelict property, on Pleasant View in Norbury, Staffordshire, appears to have been abandoned for some time.
Images of the listing show red lines drawn around the shape of the home which is concealed underneath a mass of greenery, with only a doorframe and brickwork visible.
Auctioneers say ‘there will be no viewing’ of the property as ‘access to the site is not advised due to the derelict nature of the structure and the overgrown vegetation.’
It has been described as ‘in need of modernisation, repair and redevelopment’.
But social media users who came across the pictures online have joked it may need a little more than that.

‘Pleasant view’ if you’re a spider maybe,’ joked another.
Another person wrote: ‘Considerate of them to outline a house shape against the unbroken wall of greenery.’
‘Lovely access to the cemetery for all the budding serial killers looking for a new adventure,’ pointed out another viewer.
Someone else added: ‘Serious Blair Witch vibes.’
Another viewer joked: ‘Definitely the setting of the new Saw movie.’
‘I’ve driven past this a few times too, hand on heart never knew it was a house! Crazy. Excited to see the work on it when whoever buys it does it up,’ another user commented.

The detached property measures 448sq ft with a plot size of 0.30 acres and will be up for auction on June 21.
The ground floor has three reception rooms, while two bedrooms are on the first floor.
Outside is a ‘wrap-around garden’, with the exterior itself completely covered in shrubbery.
A comment attributed to the auctioneers reads: ‘A unique opportunity to bid on and buy a plot in a popular location.
‘This land and house is ideal for investors, builders and developers.’
The property, marketed by Higgins Drysdale, Chichester, is available by auction with a guide price of £140,000.
