Luke Littler is open to a crossover boxing match and has named his potential opponent.
The new Premier League Darts champion has enjoyed a meteoric rise over the last few months following his spectacular run to the World Championship final. After his most recent triumph, Littler sits at number 25 in the world and will be focused on climbing the rankings by adding more titles to his name.
While darts remain his top priority, the 17-year-old has admitted that he is open to stepping into the ring in the future. Littler is a fan of Misfits Boxing and had a name in mind when asked who he would ideally like to face in a crossover fight.

“Boxing? Yeah, I’d love to,” Littler told the MMA Hour. “Yeah, why not? I tried it like once or twice when I was younger.” In terms of potential opponents, Ariel Helwani wondered if he would settle a sporting rivalry, “Who is it, MVG? Bully Boy? You’d rough him up.”
“I don’t want to say anything,” Littler laughed. “It’s not a darts player. Beavo. Do you know who he is? He just swallows potatoes whole on Tiktok.”

“This guy, you don’t like him?” Helwani added. Little continued: “No. I can’t believe you don’t know who he is! He eats a Sunday roast whole as well. He actually messaged me on Tiktok saying, ‘Do you want to eat a kebab together?’ I just ignored him.“
“Someone will beat him anyway,” Littler summarised. “He will [fight] soon, I don’t think it’s been announced yet, though.”
Beavo, real name Brandon Beavis, is known for rating his meals and went viral for not chewing his food. It seems unlikely that Littler will be gearing up for a fight any time soon but it did not take Beavo long to respond to the darts superstar’s jibe.

“Lukey Littler, what the hell are you doing calling big Beavo out? I’ve just been on Twitter and I’ve seen you on a podcast calling me out,” he said on Tiktok.
“I’ve got everyone lining up. Why’s everyone hate me, man? Listen, Luke Littler go back to darts, go back to playing FIFA. Spend all your wages on FIFA points and whatever you do and get in the gym because you’re probably too heavy to fight me anyway. It’s going to be a busy Misfits tour for me when I get in the ring!”
