The CBS crew were up to their usual tricks on Saturday evening as Jamie Carragher reunited with his Dortmund buddies for the final. Carragher had been drinking with the Dortmund fans earlier in the competition – and CBS shared clips of him in and around the fans ahead of kick-off.
Carragher is hopefully aiming for a slightly less head-pounding experience this time. When asked about how he felt after the semi-final shenanigans, the former Red admitted: “[I was] Hungover. But I loved it, it was on the bucket list I said that going to Borussia Dortmund as a football fan.
“I have never actually been on the Kop and sang You’ll Never Walk Alone but have now done it in the Yellow Wall. To sing You’ll Never Walk Alone and be in their with my new family and friends was something I’ll never forget. It was brilliant, I absolutely loved it.
