Back in the day, she wouldn’t dream of stepping out without make-up, but now she’s on a mission to celebrate her au naturel self. Opening up in a heartfelt post, she even dared to drop a picture without an ounce of make-up.

She bared it all for the snaps, and her followers are living for it. Karina’s a pro at making people feel good about themselves and sparking chats about body positivity.

Taking to Instagram, Karina penned: “Posting my most valuable self. I never the house without a full face of makeup. Buuuut I’m working on it. Being bare faced in public is more terrifying for me than showing off tummy roles and cellulite booty and thighs.

“Question… I’d LOVE to have skin needling done. DOES IT HURT? Will I be ok? *nervous giggle* Feedback greatly appreciated.”
