Gordon Ramsay has got a roasting for dishing up steak with just six chips.
The foul-mouthed telly chef is offering up the portion as part of a summer meal deal at one of his posh restaurants.
The 57-year-old boasted about the “tasty” grilled flat iron steak, which is served up with chunky chips and corn chimichurri sauce. It is part of a £19.50 two-course lunchtime special at his Heddon Street Kitchen in Mayfair, London.

The meat is sliced, while sauce is drizzled over the top with a salad garnish. But there are just six chips piled up in a tower on the plate.
Foodies were quick to tear into him over the feeble fries.
One fumed: “Six chips, come out of it. Who you kidding? Give me a plate of them.” Another joked: “How tight on the chips? I’ve had fish and chips there and thought the fish had ate the chips.”
Other diners did not care about the meagre portion, right, pointing out the grub looked “delicious”.
It comes with either a starter or dessert as part of the price. Diners can pay £24.50 for three courses.
Gordon has yet to respond to a request for comment.
It comes after Ramsay sparked widespread horror after he created a full English pizza with baked beans.
The sweary chef plonked beans, sausage, black pudding and a fried egg on the breakfast-themed meal that even included the ingredients of a Bloody Mary, with vodka and Tabasco and Lea & Perrins sauces added to the tomato sauce base.
