A convicted bigamist falsely claimed to be a GP, critical care doctor and a nurse as she seduced five men into marriages before leaving them in financial and emotional ruin, it has been alleged.
Alisa Knight, 43, used multiple aliases, two dates of birth and married at one spot, the infamous Gretna Green in Scotland, three times, reports Belfast Live.
She also reportedly told members of the public at different times that she is a GP and critical care doctor, an advanced nurse practitioner, Band 8C nurse, a district nurse and a specialist in psychiatry.

Knight also reportedly claimed to have switched off the life support machine of her eldest daughter when she was five, despite the fact the teenager is alive and well.
The General Medical Council and the South Eastern Trust have confirmed Alisa has never been a doctor or licensed medic, and her claims are under scrutiny.
And according to a number of men she seduced into a series of marriages, she has left a trail of emotional and financial chaos and lies in her wake, according to Belfast Live.
She was born Lisa Jane Davies in South Wales in 1981 and worked as a care assistant, fast food server and office worker.
Now, according to Belfast Live, she is living in Belfast after moving in with a new beau in Co Antrim in 2019, got ‘married’ twice to other men and now claims to be Alisa Ali ‘living in Dubai’.
Four years ago she allegedly stated on a marriage certificate that she was “senior kennel assistant” and just last July she claimed on another wedding certificate that she was a “General Practitioner” – a GP – when she married Peter Knight from Greyabbey, Co Down.
She has been the bride at six different wedding ceremonies, reports said.
Alisa’s sixth ‘husband’, bus driver Peter Knight, 63, reported her to the PSNI, Police Scotland, Northern Ireland’s Health Trusts and the HSCNI when he discovered she had put false information on their wedding certificate.
Peter did not know that he was dating a convicted bigamist and fantasist who allegedly has no qualifications in medicine or nursing.
She told him she had switched off her daughter’s life support after a head on collision, he claims.
Relatives of ‘husband’ No5, who is being called Simon to protect his identity, sent a warning after they uncovered the details four months earlier.
Peter said: “I felt sick, upset. I wanted to protect Alisa. I can admit now I was worried but I said nothing to her.”
Hours later Peter and Alisa were married. On her wedding certificate she stated she was a GP, that her mother was dead and that she was single, the Mirror reported. It is alleged none of these statements are true.
Alisa first came to the attention of the public when she was convicted of bigamy on November 25, 2016 at Cardiff Crown Court, South Wales.
Then known as Lisa Everard, having married in Gretna Green, already divorced once and in a legal marriage, she committed bigamy marrying Mike Hughes, an unwitting lorry driver on July 6, 2016.
Sentencing her for bigamy, Judge Philip Harris-Jenkins told the Cardiff Crown Court: “This was not an act of naivety. This was a deception.”
While still married to Mike, Alisa reportedly invited her soon-to-be fourth husband, Neil Annis, 53, a senior nursing assistant from Worcestershire, to stay in Mike’s house while he was staying with his aunt.
In July 2019, she married Neil and she stated her profession on her marriage certificate as a ‘senior kennel assistant’ but again, she claimed to have a nursing background., Belfast Live stated
The title added that she was a bride at two more wedding ceremonies, one in Bali and one in Gretna Green.
Alisa left Justin and moved to Bangor, Co Down, in 2021 where she set up home with soon-to-be ‘husband’, who Belfast Live call Simon to protect his identity. She claimed to be an intensive care senior nurse working in the children’s ICU at the Royal Victoria Hospital, Belfast, the publication reported.
Simon changed the locks on March 23, 2023 after a social media search revealed her lies, his daughter told Belfast Live.
Three weeks before her fifth ‘wedding’ ceremony to Simon, Alisa met Co Down bus driver, Peter Knight.
Alisa Knight was approached by Belfast Live and had claims and questions put to her. She responded: “These accusations are untrue.”
