England followers bored by Three Lions’ Euro 2024 shows ought to have affair as an alternative

A sex expert has wildly urged bored England fans to cheat on their partners for a dopamine hit in the wake of the Three Lions’ Euro 2024 snorefest.

Gareth Southgate’s men have mustered just two goals in three games and fans are on the brink of dying of boredom after another drab display against Slovenia on Tuesday night, June 25.

The extreme advice comes as an advert was sent to Wembley stadium offering England fans the chance to have an affair for free. A leading expert has claimed that England fans are suffering from a serious dopamine deficiency – and has recommended substituting the football for the thrill of an extra marital dalliance.

Jessica Leoni, Sex & Relationships expert at Illicitencounters.com – the UKs leading married dating site – said the science backs up the ploy from the company.

“It’s all about dopamine,” she explained. “A study in Chile around the fanatic behaviour of fans in football found the excitement of your football team winning sparks a chemical reaction in the brain that releases dopamine which is often referred to as the pleasure drug.

“The research found the sight of fans’ team scoring lit up their cerebral region associated with reward.

“Unfortunately, England fans are being treated to the most boring campaign in living memory, and there’s no doubt they’ll be suffering from a dopamine deficiency – some Three Lions fans were even photographed asleep in the stands.”

But it’s not all bad news, as fans could just simply cheat on their partner to restore dopamine.

“Multiple studies have indicated that the act of cheating can release dopamine, while previous Illicit Encounters research revealed that “excitement and thrill” were the main motivating factors behind having an affair,” she said, without explaining how to fix the messy result of an affair.

Previous research into football fans and infidelity has found Arsenal fans are the most likely to play away, while Chelsea and Manchester United fans aren’t angels either.
