Phil Foden’s girlfriend Rebecca Cooke has welcomed the couple’s third child into the world.
The England star left the Three Lions’ Euro 2024 camp to return to the UK to be present at the birth. Rebecca, 22, gave birth to the tot with Foden by her side.
Foden, 24, left Germany yesterday (Wednesday, June 26) with the FA releasing a statement saying he was returning home for a “pressing family matter”.
It soon emerged that Rebecca was due to give birth at any moment. Foden already shares son Ronnie, born in 2019, and daughter True, who arrived two years later, with his childhood sweetheart.
It is likely to be a whistlestop trip back to the UK for the Manchester City star with the forward expected to return to Germany for England’s last 16 clash with Slovakia in Gelsenkirchen on Sunday (June 30).
