Teenage lady, 17, dies after ‘being spiked’ at drum and bass festiva

A 17-year-old has died after allegedly being spiked at a drum and bass festival inside Dreamland theme park.

Emily Stokes tragically passed away at the Queen Elizabeth The Queen Mother Hospital in Margate, Kent, after attending the event on Saturday June 29.

A police investigation is currently ongoing into the youngster’s death, with her sister Megan claiming she ‘passed away from an overdose from being spiked’.

Megan has since paid tribute to her older sister, saying she was the ‘kindest person you could ever meet’ and ‘was so full of life’.

She has also set up a GoFundMe page, which seeks to raise £10,000 to ‘give her the send off she would’ve wanted’.
