Lily Allen stuck the boot in on the Three Lions’ manager by joking: “What’s the quickest way out of the Euros? Via Southgate.’’
The pop star said the last time she was interested in international football boss Gareth “lost it for us.”
“That was the joke at the time. `What’s the quickest way out of the Euros? Via Southgate’,’’ she said.
“Still as relevant as ever.’’

Lily’s Miss Me? podcast co-host Miquita Oliver defended Southgate saying felt he had done a “beautiful job with these boys but they have not been winning.”

“Yeah so therefore it’s not a beautiful job,” Allen replied. “Isn’t that the point? You can’t positivity your way out of this one.’’
Oliver, 40, claimed England played “great football’ in the epic Euro 2024 last-16 comeback victory against Slovakia on Sunday.
Smile singer Lily, 39, replied: “Wasn’t it just one minute of great football?
“I think we can rephrase it and say there was one minute on Sunday where some great football was played.’’

Allen joked she will still be cheering on England in Saturday’s quarter-final against Switzerland.
“I’ll be there with my England shirt on pretending that I’ve been there all the way,’’ she said.
“I’m such a football scrooge.’’
Lily hit the headlines earlier this week when she reportedly launched her own foot-based account on a racy adult site. The Smile hitmaker is thought to be selling pictures of her feet for £8 a month, according to The Mirror.
The account is reportedly named Lily Allen FTSE500 and, as of last week, had six exclusive pictures ready for fans to purchase. However, any trace of it appears to disappeared from the mum-of-two’s social media.
