Spanish star Mikel Merino was the man of the moment as Spain dumped Germany out of Euro 2024.
Merino, 28, rose higher than anyone else in the German box in the 118th minute to power home a winner for his Spanish side. Bedlam ensued as Merino rushed over to the corner to celebrate the only way he knew how after making it 2-1.
The midfielder made his way over to the corner, where he proceeded to run around the flag. And eagle-eyed fans noticed it was the same celebration that his dad, Ángel, once used.

Well, not for me, as I was only very small when we returned to Spain.
