A man has claimed Bruce Forsyth’s ghost not only resides in his car drinking tinnies, but also knows a thing or two about the Euro final.
According to the tap dancing “ghoul”, the England team is poised for glory in the Euro 2024 final against Spain this Sunday. “Nice to have won, to have won nice.”
Last month a Bedford man, who asked to remain anonymous, was driving back from a booze run when he heard one of the cans in his car explode.

“Nice to explode, to explode nice,” came a familiar, raspy voice from the boot of his car. The startled driver continued but minutes later another beer hit the roof and back came the Strictly drawl.
It was at this point our man realised that the “ghost of Bruce Forsyth” had taken up occupancy in his car – and it wasn’t long before the twirling “poltergeist” began sprouting wild predictions about England’s chances in Euro 2024.
“He’s still in my car,” the driver told the Daily Star. “Particularly the boot.”
The bemused lad explained his first meeting with Brucey’s “spirit”. “I purchased a few cans of the beer and when I took my shopping back to the car I heard Bruce’s voice and then the exploding can,” he said.
“On the way home driving, another can exploded.”
The man even claimed his unearthly car pal was “more than happy” to make a “prediction on the footie”.
With England set to take on Spain in the huge Euro 2024 final on Sunday, the Daily Star was keen to mine “ghost” Bruce’s wisdom.
The “ghost” is believed to have said a Brucey bonus awaits Gareth Southgate as “he will be knighted after his 2 – 1 victory”.
Sir Bruce Forsyth, the legendary showbiz icon with a career that dazzled for 75 years, passed away on August 18, 2017, just before reaching the grand age of 90.
Famed for his iconic catchphrases, including the much-loved “nice to see you, to see you nice,” Sir Bruce was the UK’s top-earning telly star, renowned for presenting hit game shows such as Strictly Come Dancing, Play Your Cards Right and The Price is Right.
