Drunk girl suffers meltdown at Jamaican airport

A drunk woman who had a tantrum at a Jamaican airport began speaking Patois amid the meltdown.

The passenger was seen ranting and raving before unimpressed staff and horrified onlookers at Norman Manley Airport.

Video shows her amid an altercation with workers appear to be denying her boarding at the gate.

A member of staff picks up the woman’s passport from the floor and attempts to hand it to her before she snatches it out of her hand.

‘Suck your mudda,’ the passenger screams as she stomps away from the desk.

The Patois phrase is commonly used as to disrespect someone in Jamaica.

Her outburst causes fellow passengers to raise their eyebrows and laugh in disbelief.

A few moments later, she is seen attempting to rile up another traveler waiting to board.

While much of what she shouts is unintelligible, she can be seen stood in front of the baffled woman who holds her phone up to film.

Bemused airport staff also whip out their cellphones to record the chaos.

‘What are you going to do?’ the drunk woman yells, throwing her arms wide and sending her passport sprawling to the ground again.

As she squats down to pick it up she keeps shouting, waving her arms and staggering slightly backwards.

As the clip ends, the passenger who is filming is seen grinning and shaking her head before she heads onto the flight.

The meltdown caused amusement after it was shared on TikTok where it has been viewed 1.2 million times.
