Brothers of England stars Harry Kane and Declan Rice have been caught doing their bit to raise spirits of Three Lions supporters ahead of the country’s Euro 2024 final against Spain.
Gareth Southgate‘s side have elated the nation by making it to their second major tournament final under his management and ahead of the clash in Berlin, fans have been getting in appropriate mood.
A handful of them were even afforded the rather surreal experience of having the siblings of two of England’s best players passionately implore them to down shots in the aptly-named Irish Pub, situated in the German capital’s Europa Centre.
In a hilarious clip that was posted on X by user Connor Wakefield, Declan Rice’s older brother Connor can be seen urging revellers to take one of the many shots purchased and stationed on the bar.
‘Things that were not on my Euro 2024 bingo: Being force fed tequila shots by Declan Rice and Harry Kane’s brothers.’ Wakefield wrote in X.

‘Come on bro, let’s go, go, go,’ Rice said. Before commanding the fourth unsuspecting victim to ‘f***ing get it down your gullet.’
Harry Kane’s brother Charlie, can also be seen in the short clip and is at one point mentioned by Rice’s sibling. The video ends with an image of the number of spirits that had been purchased, which were in excess of 60.
Charlie Kane will be familiar to football fans on account of him being his agent’s brother for many years, especially during his contract issues with former club Tottenham.
Last October, Mail Sport reported that Kane was agents not to feature on the first directory published by FIFA after the newly-introduced tests, which intermediaries had to pass before October 1 2023 to be granted a licence as part of new regulations.
Ahead of the exams, close to 15,000 agents were registered. That number rocketed when FIFA deregulated the industry in 2015. However, the latest list now features just 4,766 names.
Kane is one of a number of relatives of Three Lions players who represent their family members not on the list. Mark Bellingham, father of Jude, is among those on the directory.
FIFA introduced the 60-minute, 20-question test this year. Agents had to revise from a 528-page book for the exam. Some agencies paid as much as £800 per hour for online tuition. To obtain a licence, entrants who were not deemed longer-serving ‘legacy agents’ had to pass before the start of this month.
England fans will hope the pair’s celebrations of the team’s final berth is not premature.

There will certainly be similar scenes in Berlin as well as up and down England on Sunday night if the team achieve their ultimate aim and lift the European Championship trophy for the first time.
But before thoughts can turn to rejoicing, Southgate and his side have the small task of toppling a Spain side that have been the outstanding team in the competition so far.
Luis de la Fuente’s men come into the final as favourites, having won all three of their group matches before making light work of Georgia and France, while their quarter-final win over Germany was achieved with a little more fuss.
Southgate, who is set to be urged to remain as England boss regardless of the outcome of Sunday’s final, has no injuries concerns going into the clash and led the team in their final training session on Saturday morning.
His current deal expires in December but any decision to leave would be made well in advance with England’s next set of fixtures scheduled for September.
There has been a growing feeling that Southgate would leave his position after the Euros amid discontent from the fan base towards his stewardship.
But England’s euphoric run to the European Championship final has reaffirmed the FA’s stance that Southgate remains the best person for the job.
And English football’s governing body will tell Southgate that they want him to stay in charge for at least another two years, taking him to USA 2026, once the current tournament is finished, even if they lose on Sunday.

The 53-year-old has kept his thoughts about his future beyond Euro 2024 secret which has added uncertainty in recent months.
Indeed, Southgate, win or lose on Sunday, may already have decided he wants to pursue a return to club management.
He was a contender to replace Erik ten Hag at Manchester United, but the Dutchman has signed a new deal at Old Trafford.
If Southgate does leave his post then Newcastle head coach Eddie Howe, Mauricio Pochettino and Graham Potter would be contenders to replace him.
