Raging mum suffers wardrobe malfunction in vodka-fuelled 5am assault on neighbour

A drunk woman has been caught on camera throwing stones with her boobs out. Aimee Murphy launched into a rage-fuelled attack on a neighbour at 5am but suffered an embarrassing wardrobe malfunction in the process.

Sefton Magistrates’ Court heard the 22-year-old mum-of-two was told off for making a racket on the street as she returned from a night of drinking vodka with pals. Objecting to her neighbour’s caution, Murphy started throwing stones and broken roof tiles at her window in the early hours of May 3.

The victim whipped out her phone camera to record the attack but captured far more than she bargained for. Murphy’s breasts slipped out of her top in anger, leaving her to hurriedly pop them back in her strappy halterneck.

The ‘extremely unattractive footage’ was played in court as Murphy watched on. During the attack, a window was smashed as Murphy hurled the stones and broken tiles, Manchester Evening News reports.

The victim suffered an injury when one hit her on the shin. Murphy, from Netherton in Merseyside, was arrested but could not recall the incident.

She claimed her drink had been spiked. At Sefton Magistrates’ Court, Murphy admitted assault.

She will be sentenced later and will face up to 16 weeks jail under sentencing guidelines. Angela Blackmore, prosecuting, said: “The victim lives in a flat with her partner and she indicated there is an ongoing issue between the neighbours. On May 3, at 5am, they were in bed, they were awoken by a disturbance outside.”

“The victim has gone to the window. Two females were shouting up at one of the other flats. The females appeared to be drunk or under the influence of something. She could not understand what was being said. There was mention of someone smoking drugs. They were shouting at one of the residents to come down.”

“Ultimately, the victim indicated she looked out of the window after banging on the communal door at the place, because of the time of the morning, and shouted at them to go away. The defendant came over to the window. She could not understand what she was saying. A male came over and told her to stop recording.”

“The victim was recording the incident on her mobile phone. He said to stop recording because he was on bail. The defendant picked a large item and threw it at the lounge window. It initially caused no damage. She picked up items again. Though the man tried to pull her away she continued.”

“Police were called at that stage. The defendant walked away. She then picked up a roof tile. She threw the tile at the bedroom window where the complainant was standing. She picked it up and threw it repeatedly. At the fourth time the window cracked.”

“She threw it six more times until the window smashed. The victim was standing there in the window recording. The male tried to stop the defendant. She kept pushing him back. A number of items came through the window. A piece hit her on the shin causing bruising.”

“The whole incident lasted about 30 minutes and the police arrived. The defendant was spoken to by police. She indicated she had been out with friends in South Road, Waterloo. She had been drinking vodka.”

“She had not taken any drugs. She did not remember returning home. She was shown the footage, she was shocked. She did not have any memory of what happened. She said the behaviour was not like her at all.”

Murphy will be sentenced at Liverpool Magistrates’ Court on August 14. She was granted bail.
