Shannen Doherty left behind very specific instructions for her loved ones as to what she wanted done to her remains upon her death.
The 90210 star — who tragically passed away on Saturday — opened up about her funeral plans and and burial arrangements while on her Let’s Be Clear podcast in January.
‘I want [my remains] to be mixed with my dog, and I want it to be mixed with my dad. I do not want to be buried and not cremated,’ she explained.
The raven haired starlet also suggested the mixture be spread in Malibu, California, where she and her father spent ‘precious time’ together.
She also expressed interest in her loved ones using her mixed remains as fertilizer and ‘grow them into a tree’.

Her father, John Thomas Doherty passed away in 2010 at age 66 after a lengthy health battle.
In the same podcast episode, the actress opened up about who she does not want at her funeral, explaining that she wants it to be a more private affair.
‘There’s a lot of people that I think would show up that I don’t want there. I don’t want them there because their reasons for showing up aren’t necessarily the best reasons,’ she explained.
‘Like, they don’t really like me and, you know, they have their reasons and good for them, but they don’t actually really like me enough to show up to my funeral,’ she went on.
The 53-year-old went on express that some would attend her memorial services our of ‘pressure.’
She said: ‘[They’ll show up] because it’s the politically correct thing to do, and they don’t want to look bad, so I kinda want to take the pressure off them and I want my funeral to be like a love fest
‘I don’t want people to be crying or people to privately be like, “Thank God that b*tch is dead now,”‘ she finished.
The Fortress star’s tragic death came just about a month after she confessed the past year was ‘really hard’ for her.
On Sunday, Doherty’s publicist Leslie Sloane confirmed the actress’ death.
‘It is with a heavy heart that I confirm the passing of actress Shannen Doherty. On Saturday, July 13, she lost her battle with cancer after many years of fighting the disease,’ Sloane told People.
‘The devoted daughter, sister, aunt and friend was surrounded by her loved ones as well as her dog, Bowie. The family asks for their privacy at this time so they can grieve in peace,’ Sloane added.

Just two years later, the Charmed star revealed that the cancer had returned after going into remission.
At the time, she told Good Morning America: ‘It’s going to come out in a matter of days or a week that I’m stage 4. So my cancer came back, and that’s why I’m here.
‘I don’t think I’ve processed it. It’s a bitter pill to swallow in a lot of ways,’ she said.
Last year she announced that her cancer had spread to her brain in an Instagram post that showed her undergoing radiation therapy.
