The Hawk Tuah girl linked up with controversial WWE legend Hulk Hogan who told her “you’re stirring up some trouble girl” – but fans told her to “get that bag” anyway.
The pair, who we like to call Hawk Hogan, met each other as Hawk Tuah sensation Haliey Welch took a trip to Tampa Bay, Florida, on July 20 to watch YouTuber/boxer Jake Paul fight Mike Perry.
“Fight week just got @betr [lighting emoji]. @jakepaul has officially made me a boxing fan,” Haliey captioned her Instagram post as she keeps her fans updated with her travels after becoming a worldwide viral star.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US.
Heading up the gallery of her post was a pic of her and Jake Paul following his knockout win, flick to the next picture though and the blonde beauty is pictured with another fair-haired legend… Hulk Hogan, who has been dividing the wrestling fanbase with his post-ring life for decades with his controversial views.
His most recent controversy involved having to apologise for a Twitter/X message sent to Iggy Azalea after claiming his account was “hacked”. The post, which went viral within minutes, was responding to Azaela tweeting: “All these cry babaies wanna suck on my t*tssssssss lmao $MOTHER”.
And Hogan – or someone who “hacked” his account – replied: “You suck a pumping. $HULK has the real milk.” The posts were eventually removed, with Hogan taking to Instagram to issue a clarification.
Haliey was clearly unfazed by the wrestling icon’s controversial past and was quick to snap a picture with him and his wife.
In footage of their meeting published to Haliey’s Instagram story, Hogan introduces himself and his wife Sky before wrapping his arm around Haliey for the photo – telling her “oh boy, you’re stirring up some trouble girl”. Haliey plays along with the friendly banter as she replies “I know!”.
Trolls and fans alike as always gave their two cents in the comments, with many people jealous of Haliey and what she’s achieved just by saying a few words.
“Hawk Tuah quickly losing my respect with Jake Paul,” said one hater while another added: “Go meet a real boxer and meet up with Mike Tyson”.
Haliey’s loyal followers were quick to defend her though, with one writing: “Oh no…the internet is mad and sprinkled with jealousy. Keep going girl.” A second fan chimed in: “Get that bag and ignore the haters,” while another cleverly added: “Gotta give em that Hulk Tuah, brother.”
Many said it was just plain astonishing that one phrase could change someone’s life forever. “It’s crazy how 1 saying can change your whole life lol,” another said. We’re here for it though, all hail Haliey The Hawk Tuah girl!
