Police launch hunt for lacking lady who vanished from London property

Police have launched an urgent hunt for a missing girl who disappeared from a south-east London housing estate. 

Eudine, six, disappeared at around 10.40pm last night from the Thamesmead estate in Greenwich and hasn’t been seen since.

Officers did not give a last name for the teenage girl but say they are ‘extremely concerned for her welfare’. 

She was last seen at around midday yesterday.  

Greenwich Police said: ‘Have you seen six-year-old Eudine? 

‘We are extremely concerned for her welfare and officers are carrying out urgent enquiries to find her. 

‘She was reported missing from the Thamesmead estate in Greenwich at 22.40hrs on Monday.’

They added: ‘Eudine was seen alone on CCTV at around midday. 

‘We’re asking local people to call us straight away with any information about her whereabouts. 

‘If you live in Thamesmead or nearby, please check gardens, sheds and locked areas, as well as any CCTV or doorbell footage.

‘Eudine is between 3’6” and 4’ tall and is thought to be wearing a light pink, long sleeved pyjama set. 

‘She also had with her a white shoulder bag with a daisy design. Please call 999 if you see her or if you have any information. Please give the reference 8259/29JUL.’
