She told Net A Porter: ‘I stay hydrated on the flight and try to eat only light foods. I find adapting to the new time zone as soon as I arrive is helpful, so I try to stay up until my usual bedtime.

‘I’ve recently undergone red-light LED therapy and use the Talika Time Control + device. It’s great, as it’s small and easy to travel with, and I can definitely see an improvement in my skin. I have rose quartz and jade gua sha tools that I use, too.’

Other beauty tips favoured by Kate include, dunking her face in iced water and depuffing her eyes with cucumber slices.

Speaking previously about how she tackles a ‘bad face day’, saying: ‘My old go-to trick is to plunge my face into a bowl of iced water and cucumber slices – it instantly tightens and gets rid of any puffiness.

‘I then use Cosmoss Golden Nectar facial-oil drops with my gua sha. Together, they give your skin that extra glow and are great at detoxifying and lymphatic drainage.’

Another tip Kate claims she follows is staying out of the sun, after previously being warned by her friend and make-up artist Charlotte Tilbury.

She told Grazia: ‘Charlotte Tilbury told me not to go out in the sun, but it’s because she’s a redhead, so she knows. I kind of ignored her, but now I’m taking no risks!’

Kate also revealed she keeps her body refreshed by doing three week-long juice cleanses throughout the year.

She said: ‘I juice. At least three times a year, for a week, I do a juice cleanse. I like it. I feel amazing. And then I have so much energy! Everyone else is like, ‘Please…shhhh…’ Oh my god, I have so much energy start bouncing off walls!’

Mother and daughter have jetted off to the Balearic party island for a summer break, with Lila’s boyfriend Yoni Helbitz – an e-commerce coordinator and fashion marketer – also along for the trip.

During the trip, the catwalk veteran rounded off her look with a pair of heavily tinted Wayfarer sunglasses, while her hair was pulled into a loose bun.

Joining her mother, Lila, 21, caught the eye in a brown string bikini as she frolicked in the ocean with long-term boyfriend Yoni.

Last October, Kate revealed the secrets to her youthful complexion in a rare interview, after launching her own wellness brand called COSMOSS.

In a Q&A for Harrods, she credited Dawn tea with maintaining her fresh-faced appearance.

However, one of Kate’s biggest beauty secrets come at a cost, as the tea bags cost an eye-watering £20 per box.

Each tin contains 20 teabags and each one is said to contain hibiscus flower, crushed bay leaf and ginger root.

Kate donned a gold metallic button-up shirt jacket, flared black trousers and gold strappy heels for the online chat.

The 90s star gave the rare interview as part of her launch for her latest launch of Sacred Mist.

When asked about her favourite ritual, Kate revealed that her skincare takes the top spot.

She said: ‘I love to start and finish my day by taking care of my skin. I use my golden nectar oil to give myself a facial massage.’

When asked what makes her calm, Kate said: ‘Spending time with myself, walking in my garden, doing yoga.’
