Charlotte Crosby risked a very cheeky quip about judge Gregg Wallace as she made her energetic debut on Celebrity MasterChef when the new series kicked off on Tuesday night.
The Geordie Shore star, 34, made the comment as she prepared to impress Gregg and fellow judge John Torode in the kitchen.
The first five celebrities donning aprons this week were This Morning’s Craig Doyle, Charlotte, radio presenter Edith Bowman, Steps popstar Ian ‘H’ Watkins and radio DJ Snoochie Shy.
The series is kicking off with four Heat weeks of three episodes aimed at testing the celebrities’ skills in the kitchen.
As she bragged about her cooking ability she said to the camera: ‘If Gregg had a hair on his head I would blow it away with my impressive cooking!’

She larked about in the kitchen as her loud antics caught the eye of viewers but did produce some impressive dishes.
The first Heat episode saw the five new celebrities take on the notorious ‘Under The Cloche’ challenge – creating a dish from scratch that shows off what they can do.
Next, they delivered a two-course dinner party menu.
For her Cloche ingredient she got pigeon and served it with asparagus and mash which the judges said were perfectly cooked.
For her dinner party she made paella and then a chocolate fondant which also impressed the judges.
Snoochie was the first star to be eliminated on the episode.
The radio DJ and presenter, 32, left the first heats after failing to impress judges Gregg and John.
As she left she said: ‘It is sad to go home but I know a lot of disasters happened in that kitchen so I knew I was going! I am going to go home and have a glass of wine and put my feet up!’
Snoochie’s Cloche ingredient was aubergine and she made a curry but the judges weren’t impressed with the presentation.

For her dinner party menu she cooked another curry – this time a red Thai prawn curry and then a peach crumble for dessert.
John and Gregg were not impressed she cooked yet another curry as they couldn’t see what her other skills were.
They also said her crumble was too try and that the fruit to topping ratio wasn’t good enough.
Previously she had said of her reasons for entering the show: ‘I mean it’s an absolutely iconic show and I’ve always watched it!
‘I entered so I can try to learn new tips and tricks in the hopes it would get me cheffin’ it up in the kitchen more without feeling like I’d poison my mates!’
Fans will see a dazzling line-up of stars from the worlds of screen and stage, sport and arts, all entering the race to lift the 2024 trophy.
Amongst the rest of the star-studded cast battling it out to become champion of the 19th series are model and TV personality Christine McGuinness and Eastenders actress Danielle Harold.
Each celebrity will be rolling up their sleeves as they step into the kitchen, but only one will come out on top in this battle and earn the title of MasterChef Champion 2024, following in the footsteps of winner Wynne Evans last year.
Other celebrities battling it out include reality TV star Chloe Burrows and The Traitors star Diane Carson.
Model and TV personality Emma Thynn, comedian and actor Eshaan Akbar, and Gladiator and Team GB Sprinter Harry Aikines-Aryeetey will also appear on the show.
They will be joined by the likes of Jake Quickenden, comedian Jamie MacDonald, popstar Mutya Buena, and BBC Radio 2 presenter, OJ Borg.
Completing the line-up are actor Rochenda Sandall, actor Tamer Hassan, and Strictly pro Vito Coppola.

The successful cooks will then get the chance to step inside the world of a professional restaurant and think-up their own food truck dish.

Edith impressed with an apple strudel but sadly overcooked her fish in the next round. She did make it through however
Craig made a sweetbreads and then hake and an Irish pudding – with the judges blown away by his culinary talent
Ian was the least experienced chef in the room but rose to the occasion
Then, in the quarter finals, they face an all-important critique from returning Champions and Finalists.
After Heats, the eight successful celebrities will face up to what semi and final Week have in store for them.
This will include the brand-new pizza round, as well as a task requiring them to stay on track as they help create an opulent dining experience on the British Pullman Train.
Finally, the successful celebrities will face a hotly anticipated chef’s table and an impossibly tricky brief of cooking something they don’t like to eat.
