- READ MORE: Molly Mae and Tommy Fury split: Latest updates as reality star confirms break up in heartbreaking statement
Molly Mae Hague and Tommy Fury quickly became one of the most idolized couples in Britain after they beat the Love Island odds and they’re relationship blossomed before our eyes on social media.
However, the beloved ‘it’ couple are no more after half a decade together, which included moving into a £4 million Cheshire pad, a lavish engagement and giving birth to their baby girl Bambi.
Molly, who boasts nearly 8 million followers on Instagram, was the first to break the news of the couple’s shock split.
After sparking their romance on a steamy first date in a hot tub on the ITV reality show, to making it through a dramatic robbery as well as building a multi-million pound empire, their love story has come to an end.
As the much-loved couple call it quits, MailOnline takes a look at how their fortune could be split.

The £4 million Cheshire home
In March 2022, Molly Mae and Tommy moved into a lavish £4 million six-bedroom home in Cheshire which boasts a luxurious contemporary design, 5,000 sq ft of land, and a tranquil garden.
The couple had moved into the home shortly after a £800,000 burglary in their previous flat in Hale, Manchester left them terrified in October 2021.
Sources previously revealed to MailOnline that the couple would ‘never return’ to the property after being left ‘extremely shaken up’ and terrified by the crime.
A few months ago in April, the Filter by Molly Mae founder suggested the young family were thinking about putting the Cheshire house up for auction and setting roots elsewhere.
But now as the couple have called it a day, they are now faced with the bleak reality of dividing the life they built together.
Couples who are engaged usually have similar rights to cohabiting couples, meaning they can’t make financial claims like married couples can under the Matrimonial Causes Act.
So when it comes to their lavish mansion, a smooth transition will boil down to a number of factors including whose names are on the deeds of the home.
Weronika Husejko from McAllister Family Law said : ‘In terms of any property that the pair own together, any disputes in relation to this would be treated as a “ToLATA'”claim.
‘This is because the Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 is the legislation which deals with disputes relating to the ownership of property or land.
‘In a situation where the property was purchased by both of them and it is clear from the title deeds how the property is held, there is less scope for dispute.
‘However, if one of their names are not on the title deeds, it can become more complicated and will depend upon a number of facts.’
In the wake of the burglary and following a lengthy search, Molly-Mae revealed that she and Tommy had moved into their first home after a three-year hunt in March 2022
At the time, Molly-Mae revealed she had purchased the property following a three-year search for her dream home with boyfriend Tommy, launching a new profile called Molly Maison, where she plans to document more of her personal life

Their multi-million pound empire
After jetting away from the Love Island villa, the pair quickly raked in the cash and are said to be worth a staggering £9 million.
However with her lucrative creative director title at PrettyLittleThing, which saw her earn £400,000-a-week – Molly’s net worth alone reportedly stands at £6 million.
The influencer is also believed to earn £2million-a-year and can secure a £20,000 fee for a single Instagram post.
Alongside her incredible social media earnings, the star has a long list of lucrative businesses including her tanning brand Filter as well as being able to earn £10,000 for joint appearances with Tommy.
Last October PR experts believed Tommy was well on track to make an eye-watering £10 million by 2025 due to social media driven events such as his boxing matches with KSI and Jake Paul.
The boxer received a £1.1million fee to fight KSI last year and £1.6 million to fight it out against social media personality Jake Paul.
From his match with Jake Paul he also earned 35 per cent of the PPV money, so in total, the 24-year-old earned £3.7million.
Outside of boxing much like his ex-fiancée Tommy also explored various ventures and is set to launch his memoir Lightning Can Strike Twice this coming October.
According to Companies House, the couple have kept their businesses completely separate.

However Jason Stanley who is a partner at McAllister Family Law told MailOnline that the future of how their finances will be divided is still unclear.
He told MailOnline: ‘There is no guarantee of what the future looks like for Molly-Mae, Tommy or Bambi.
‘Following the breakup the ex-couple will need to look at housing, finances and most importantly, child care arrangements.
He added: ‘As two high net worth individuals, their finances could be complicated and much will depend on how they own property, how they have managed or protected their wealth such as a pre-nup or cohabitation agreement.
‘It is understood that Molly and Tommy were engaged to marry and they may have entered into a pre-nup agreement to protect wealth that they have brought to the relationship after marriage.’
However according to Mr Stanley, a pre-nup would only be able to be signed if a wedding date had been agreed.
‘Alternatively they may have been advised to enter into a cohabitation agreement as there is currently no specific law dedicated to unmarried breakups,’ he continued.
‘If they have blindly pooled their resources with no pre-nup or cohabitation agreement, one of them after separation might live to regret it.’

Custody of their daughter Bambi
In September 2022, the former Love Island couple announced they were welcoming their first child into the world.

The video began with Molly-Mae crying while reading the words from her end-of-season Love Island speech to Tommy during their stint on the show.
After the pair hug in the throwback clip, Molly-Mae unveiled a close-up her baby bump in a form-fitting ribbed sleeveless dress as ‘The Night We Met’ by Lord Huron could be heard playing.
In January 2023, Molly and Tommy confirmed they had welcomed their beloved Bambi into the world.
Representatives for Molly-Mae told MailOnline: ‘Molly and Tommy feel so blessed to have welcomed a healthy baby girl in to their family on the 23rd of January 2023.
‘They are enjoying every moment. Molly and baby are both doing well.’

Discussing what the future could look like for Tommy and Molly’s co-parenting relationship, Jason Stanley from McAllister Family Law said:
‘A common misconception is that in the process of a breakup, the mother will be the favoured parent or have more rights, but this is incorrect.
‘It is the child’s right to have a loving and close relationship with the each parent, so it is incorrect to presume Molly-Mae will get automatic custody of Bambi.
‘If the ex couple are unsuccessful in resolving an agreed outcome between themselves or with the support of a mediator or solicitor specialising in children and unmarried finances, unfortunately the last resort would be to issue court proceedings for a Judge to decide the outcome.’
