Fans of Emily Willis think they’re actually chatting with the ex-adult star despite her being in a “vegetative state” after waking from a coma.
Emily, 25, miraculously woke from a “vegetative coma” in May this year two months after suffering a cardiac arrest at a rehabilitation centre she was staying at in California.
Fans are still desperate to receive a further update on her reportedly “vegetative state” as of three months ago. The adult star’s socials have remained threadbare, with no real health update from her or her family.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US.
But now some people have decided to take advantage of Emily’s tragic condition with multiple new ‘fan pages’ across socials posting pictures of her – and it seems some of her horny followers believe they’re actually in the star’s DMs.
One account on Instagram called @emilywillis_sexyfanpage regularly posts spicy snaps of Emily in her heyday, but some men haven’t clocked that it’s a fan page… despite it clearly saying so.
A bloke who seemingly believed he’d actually been messaging Emily through the page remarked under one of the posts: “Things are really not making sense over here, is someone just posting fake messages bc you’re not out of the hospital yet or what”.
He had a sobering wake-up call when one netizen replied: “Its a FAN page dude”.
Some have even been duped into thinking the photos of Emily are new after waking from the coma, with one fan writing: “Beautiful pic I’m so glad u r doing so much better Emily Wills [sic] your special lady”.
“You’re looking so much healthier and better baby God you look great,” added another clueless fan.
However, most of Emily’s fans who are thinking with their heads – rather than something else – have realised it is a fan page, and regularly write comments of support. “You look incredible I hope you’re doing well”, wrote a follower while another said: “The real question should be how are you doing?!”
Meanwhile, the Daily Star discovered that one of Emily’s best friends – who she called “my soul sister, ride or die, big sister” – died just months before Emily was taken seriously ill herself.
Emily posted a tribute to her best friend on her Instagram on April 5 last year, tagging @stopitsteph_never. The woman’s page is now a ‘Remembering’ account while her bio says she was a ‘deep tissue masseuse/healer’.
While it’s not clear how Emily friend Steph died, the ex-adult star wrote a heartbreaking tribute on a series of photos together – with Emily revealing “my heart feels so empty knowing I won’t be able to call or see you anymore”.
“I don’t know where to start or end, but I’m happy that the cosmos decided to connect us,” wrote Emily. “I met you almost 5 years ago and never let go. My heart feels so empty knowing I won’t be able to call or see you anymore. My soul sister, ride or die,big sister.
“I can’t think of a better friend. The truest soul, most supportive, selfless, energy connecter, idk I could go on and on about you. I love you bb girl. I’m gonna miss you more than you’ll ever know but I know you’re here. I love you forever Steph. Rest easy baby girl. You’ll always be with me.”
One person wrote in the comment section recently: “Hoping you [Emily] pull through so the world doesn’t lose two phenomenal souls. Sending love and light, and missing Steph every day.”
On February 5 this year Emily was rushed to a medical facility in Thousand Oaks, California, following a cardiac arrest.
She slipped into a “vegetative coma” but has since regained consciousness. Despite this she remains unable to speak and can only track objects with her eyes, as per the latest GoFundMe update in May.
Her sibling has assured those who’ve donated that every penny is being used to aid Emily’s recovery and efforts are being made to transfer her to a hospital closer to home. Read the full story here.
