Female academics ‘romped with teenagers’ as pics of them with grown-up lovers leaked

Two teachers have been charged with having sex with teenage students in separate incidents – and now snaps of them with their grown-up lovers have come to light.

Monique Nguyen, 28, a music teacher from north-west Sydney, Australia, was arrested by detectives in late May. Police allege she had sex with a 17-year-old male student in mid-April at her home in Baulkham Hills.

Nguyen was released on bail and is due back in court next month. In a separate case, PE teacher Tayla Brailey, 30, was recently charged with sexually abusing two male students, aged between 16 and 17.

Police allege she met them while working at Lurnea High School and the sexual assaults occurred multiple times in July, including at Brailey’s marital home in West Wollongong, reports The Sydney Morning Herald.

Brailey was arrested over her first alleged victim on August 6 and charged with sexual touching, sexual intercourse with a person under care, and aggravated sexual assault.

She was granted bail but was arrested again just more than a week later over allegations relating to a second male student.

She was charged with six fresh charges including having sexual intercourse with a teen under her care, sexually touching a teen under her care, and inciting a teen under her care to sexually touch her. She was also charged with soliciting, accessing and possessing or controlling child abuse material.

Brailey was granted bail again under strict conditions, including only leaving home if accompanied by one of her parents, abiding by a 9pm to 7am curfew, and reporting to police three times a week.
