One nonchalant England supporter took a stunning one-handed catch while watching the first Test against the West Indies, leaving Piers Morgan stunned.
The man, holding four stacked pint cups and enjoying himself in the sun at Old Trafford, thrust out an arm after Mark Wood pummelled a delivery into the stand.
To everyone’s surprise, the ball then nestled neatly in his grasp with barely a wobble, surprising those around him and even England coach Paul Collingwood.
As the cameras panned toward him, the spectator coolly signed off with a salute.
Collingwood couldn’t help but grin after watching replays and was spotted making the same imaginary pint and ball gestures to imitate his heroics.

Also awe-struck, Morgan said: ‘Greatest catch in cricket fan history. Take a bow, sir!’
Wood had pulled his shot toward deep mid-wicket as he looked to extend the hosts’ commanding lead, with the ball arching up into the air at speed.
The spectator would have been forgiven for fumbling, especially after a day on the booze, but he instead went viral on social media after his grab.
England Cricket’s official X account also posted the footage and reeled off his achievements, including taking an ‘incredible catch’ and managing to not spill a drop.
The hysterics in the crowd continued long after the take with the man performing a humble thumbs-up and wiping small beads of beer off his jacket.
One nearby person congratulated him, placing a friendly hand on his head.
