A six-year-old boy was handcuffed and then savagely attacked by a pit bull in a case that has seen the child’s mum, as well as her partner and uncle, slapped with child endangerment charges.
The chilling incident unfolded on Saturday, August 17, in Northeast Ohio, which saw deputies rushing to the scene after receiving reports of the horror dog attack.
The lad’s mum Angelina Williams, along with her accomplices, are accused of using the cuffs as a form of punishment for the child not cleaning up after the pet.

There’s lots of quality news coming out of the US.
Miraculously, despite bites to his neck and ear, the youngster is expected to make a complete recovery, according to his grandmother.
The drama took place at the home of Robert Michalski Jr., who owned the vicious dog and the property itself. Taylor Desiree Marvin Brown, Williams’ partner, was also present, reports Mirror US.
In her defence, Williams said: “The dog is not even my dog. The cuffs are not even my cuffs. I didn’t even know the cuffs were illegal or anything was wrong with it. My uncle told me it was OK.”
Ashland County Prosecutor Chris Tunnell provided some harrowing details about how the events unfolded, saying: “This defendant and the co-defendants handcuffed him, both hands and then applied a second set of cuffs to his feet. They were in the process of using a rope to try and tie him to a chair when he came off the chair and then, while on the ground, was attacked by a pit bull.”
In explaining why the boy was shackled at home, Tunnell noted the claims of Williams and her two co-accused and said it was punishment for not cleaning up after the dog.
The prosecutor highlighted that Williams’ daughter witnessed the ordeal but did not take part. The mother, who lacks custody rights but was present during an authorised visit, was at the scene when the incident occurred. The father’s identity remains undisclosed.
When speaking with WSAZ-3, the boy’s grandmother, who chose to remain anonymous, expressed her shock at finding her grandson restrained and said: “I come in, and I look at my grandson who is sitting on the floor and – not to cuss – I’m like, ‘Why the f**k does he have handcuffs on?'”.
Upon her intervention to free the child she too was bitten but counts herself fortunate, adding she “got lucky.”
The boy’s mother, her partner, and the dog’s owner have now been arrested. The Ashland County Sheriff added Michalski, who was with the mutt, fled before cops arrived but they soon managed to locate him.
The Ashland County Prosecutor’s Office is now leading the investigation..
