Exclaiming: ‘I want to replicate what my mother has done, because she’s raised kind kids, confident kids, kids who treat people based on how you treat them’.

Freddie and Catherine also split with him describing the decision as ‘difficult’ after praising the ‘amazing’ few months they spent together.

He said: ‘I felt our lifestyles were a little bit different. There were things that, personally, I wasn’t happy about at times, and equally, you know, you probably felt I annoyed you at times and I think it was probably 50/50’.

On a happier note Benaiah and Nicole were still very happily married and had even officially moved in together.

Benaiah gushed: ‘I love her more each day. She’s unbelievable to me. She’s had a great impact on me, in terms of who I am as a person, self-growth’

While she replied: ‘I just want to say thank you, babe, so much for having my back, being my third eye… just genuinely, supporting me through every single thing. Thank you so much. I love you so much’.

As his co-stars were left furious by his actions, he grovelled: ‘Look, it’s not been easy, I have to be real. I went to do a love show, to try and find the future wife of my life and the last few weeks of my life have not been great’.

‘It’s been quite a lot of backlash, and it’s been a lot for anyone to handle. But I would say it’s made me a lot stronger. I’ve learned a lot about myself. I’ve learned that I can handle anything now. I thought I was ready for things like love, and maybe I wasn’t quite ready at the time’.
