House with mad mural mocking Princes Harry and William goes on sale for enormous sum

A house with a massive mural seemingly mocking Prince Harry and William on the façade has hit the market for £425,000.

The property might look typical on the inside, but the bold artwork of the Royal brothers in green hoodies with the tag “Breaking Up”, a nod to ‘Breaking Bad’, is hard to ignore on the Brighton home. Below the eye-catching dual prince mural is the message “we are the danger.”

Another piece of art featuring an airplane and the name “Aroe” faces the house, although it’s yet to be confirmed who exactly is responsible for the royals’ depiction, reports the Mirror.

Spread over three floors, the house offers a hefty 1,098sq ft of space, complete with the usual comforts like a bathroom, living room, sizeable kitchen, and a garden.

John Hilton Estate Agents, whipping up interest in the home, have conveniently left out any mention of the quirky exterior in their ad, which simply highlights: “A four bedroom HMO property let until August 2025 at £2,700 pcm or £32,400 per annum.”

Promising a prime spot near Preston Circus’s lively scene, the advert mentions proximity to shops, cafes, bars, and convenient transport links with nearby Brighton and London Road Stations.

The listing boasts: “Spacious accommodation is arranged over three levels with separate lounge, modern kitchen and shower room plus four double bedrooms.”

It also highlights that the house is a great location for a “student letting, with good public transport links to the Universities”.

However, it remains to be seen whether or not the mural of the brothers helps or hinders the attempt to sell the home . . . or if it could actually increase the price of it in the same way a mural by Banksy does for any buildings found with any of his infamous daubings on them.
