Yet another female teacher has been caught for allegedly having a sexual relationship with a student – and now her resignation letter has been pictured.
Teacher Chasity Cheyenne Knight, 25, has been charged with one count of Improper Sexual Contact by Employee, Agent or Foster Parent, by the Georgia Bureau of Investigation.
Police reached out to the Bureau of Investigation to assist with a possible case of sexual abuse by a teacher with students at Toombs County School District on August 19. Knight is certified to teach agricultural education in the State of Georgia.

The investigation revealed Knight had allegedly been having a sexual relationship with a student in January while she was still a teacher, while the age and gender of the victim is not known, reports WTOC.
Knight wrote a resignation letter to effectively resign from her position in April. That letter has now been pictured and it reads: “Mr Waller, I am resigning my position effective April 11th, 2024. Due to personal reason. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time teaching at Toombs County High School. Please accept my resignation. Respectfully, Chasity Knight.” Read the letter here.
Superintendent Barry Waller said in a statement to WTOC: “The Toombs County School System has recently been notified by law enforcement of an investigation into an allegation that we had no prior knowledge of relating to a former employee being involved in an inappropriate relationship with a student.
“The Toombs County School System will continue to fully cooperate with law enforcement throughout this investigation.”
The Daily Star previously reported the dad of a boy who was in an inappropriate sexual relationship with a teacher is said to have “just let it happen” because “they would have gone ahead and done it anyway”.
Missouri maths teacher Hailey Clifton-Carmack “wore tight leggings to show off her camel toe” and “low-cut tops to flaunt her boobs” at Laquey High School, and was arrested on January 5 over an alleged intimate relationship with a 16-year-old boy.
The ex-teacher on Thursday was told she’d learn her fate in October after pleading guilty to having sex with the boy – and to make matters worse pictures of her soon-to-be ex-husband also resurfaced, causing major embarrassment for everyone involved. Read the full story here.
