‘Thank you for letting the little girl inside of me feel loved, seen and happier than ever. I love you & I cannot wait to be your wife.’
She went on to reference Adam’s son George, who he shares with ex-girlfriend Eirianedd Munro.
Holly continued: ‘I promise to always be there with you and George, I’m so greatful [sic] to be in his life and I cannot wait for more.
‘And now these three remain: faith, hope and love. But the greatest of these is love. 1 Corinthians 13:13’.
Adam also shared a gushing post announcing the news, which comes after he made a decision to take a break from swimming.

In his heartfelt post, he praised his fiancée for sticking with him through his ‘lowest times’, following his highly-publicised battle with alcoholism and mental health.
He penned: ‘I can’t believe you’re going to be my wife. I’m truly the luckiest man on earth to have such a gentle, caring and beautiful woman by my side. You fill my heart to the brim and give my soul peace.
‘You have been with me when I’ve been at my lowest and helped me understand myself to navigate my own darkness.
‘You have also celebrated the highs which have been so many, as for the first time in my life, I’m happy with the man I’ve become. You came to church with me and joined the incredible community we have there without a question.’
Adam continued: ‘Your family have always treated me so generously with their time, emotion and trust. I can’t wait to be joined with them too.
‘I’ve always believed that when two people are engaged and later married that we are no longer two people but we join as one and it’s the biggest privilege to share that with you.
‘Seeing you show the love you give to the most important person in my life, George, even from day one, there was never a question about you becoming my wife one day. I’m looking forward to our life together and the many challenges we’ll face.
‘I promise to always love you with all my heart.
‘Matthew 19:6 “So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.”’

Holly’s father Gordon shared a sweet congratulatory message
The couple were immediately flooded with congratulatory messages, with Holly’s famous father Gordon Ramsay penning: ‘Congratulations to you both ! We’re over the moon and enjoy this moment ! Welcome to the family❤️’
Thought to be worth £610 million, Gordon has six children with his wife Tana, 49, Megan, 26, twins Holly and Jack, 24, Tilly, 22, Oscar, five and Jesse, eight months.
An influencer with now 347,000 followers, Holly works with brands such as Space NK, Net A Porter and Charlotte Tilbury.
Holly and Adam met in 2021 on Strictly Come Dancing, where Adam starred opposite Holly’s sister Matilda.
The influencer unveiled a new tattoo in January this year which she got matching with Adam.
After studying fashion at Ravensbourne University, she dropped out after a year and was admitted to Nightingale Hospital in Marylebone after suffering PTSD from sexual assaults.
A while after, in 2019 she signed with Established Models; a model agency based in London.
In summer 2021 Holly launched a podcast called 21& Over but after 13 episodes it was discontinued.

Adam is known for representing Team GB in swimming.
Yet just over a year ago the British swimming champion ‘wanted to see a pool again’ claiming the sport that shot him to fame had ‘broken him’.
A fractured foot in May 2022 became the ‘catalyst’ of his ‘downward spiral’ sparking ‘three years of hell’ where the Olympic hero was left battling with depression, alcoholism and the separation from the mother of his child.
By February 2023 he made the decision to take a competitive break from the sport, after his goggles filled with tears during a training session where he realised ‘I don’t want to do this anymore’.
Yet thanks to his newly re-found faith and the support of Holly’s family, Adam made a triumphant return at the Paris Olympics – adding a silver medal to his trophy cabinet.
As Adam secured his silver medal during the 100m breaststroke race in the French capital, Holly was there on the sidelines cheering him on, holding onto his three-year-old son.
And last month, the swimmer revealed he wants to have more children and looks ‘forward to the future’ with his ‘Hol’.
He told The Times: ‘She’s brilliant. She’s been pinnacle to this moment in my life where I can have peace and I can have that kind of love where it’s not defined by anything else other than the connection we have.
‘It’s great and I look forward to the future’.
When asked what their future together might look like he added: ‘I definitely want more kids.’

Adam split from his girlfriend Eirianedd after three years together and apologised for ‘letting down’ his partner and their son in August 2022
While Holly has become his biggest champion, Adam has also been grateful for the support from her family – namely Gordon, who he said ‘inspires me to be successful’.
Gushing over the family, he added that they were all ‘incredible people’ who are ‘very supportive, very welcoming and very loving’.
Alongside his relationship, Adam said his spectacular return to the swimming pool was in part helped by his religion.
Adam, who was born in Staffordshire, was raised Catholic and was always partially spiritual but in recent years he joined an Evangelical Church, where he attends almost every Sunday.
He now describes himself as ‘a religious man’ and even told the paper: ‘I’d rather have my faith and my relationship with Jesus and come second than have a gold.’
Adam now prays every day without fail and has inked a cross onto his torso in the latest in his collection of large tattoos.
The athlete separated from the mother of his son George and partner of three-years Eirianedd in 2022.
His son George was just two years old at the time. Announcing the news via social media, Adam wrote: ‘Eiri and George, I’m sorry for letting you down. My only interest is for the well-being of our family at this difficult time.’
The day before Adam and Holly announced their engagement Eirianedd took to Instagram to share a sweet post marking their son’s fourth birthday, which Holly ‘liked’
Eirianedd took to her own social media to announce the split, predicting she would face an ‘incredibly difficult’ future.
Their split was in part put down to the doomed ‘Strictly curse’ after Adam raised eyebrows with his on screen chemistry with pro-partner Katya Jones on the dance floor.
Yet the pair now appear on good terms with each other.
