‘Gabriel did not know Haaland threw the ball at his head however VAR clowns did’

All you can do is laugh in terms of how consistent VAR is when it comes to being inconsistent. Take Erling Haaland, for example?

In the madness that engulfed the end of the thumping clash between Manchester City and Arsenal at the Etihad, Haaland chucked the ball into the back of the head of Arsenal’s Gabriel.

The Gunners defender, who had pulled his shirt over his face in despair at not winning the game, didn’t have a clue who was responsible.

But those clowns operating VAR did, because it was right there on the screens staring back at them. But because the incident was reviewed at the time and no action taken, Haaland will escape retrospective punishment.

Which also means that, instead of facing a possible ban, Haaland will be allowed to keep playing. Can’t we just scrap VAR altogether?
