A sick Catholic school teacher has been thrown in jail after having sex with a 15-year-old student and telling her “I’ll always love you – you make me risk it all”.
Boris Fernando Bastidas from Coral Springs, Florida, was handed 15 years in prison and also slapped with 25 years of supervised release at his sentencing on Tuesday.
The 35-year-old was cuffed by the FBI in March at the Coral Springs apartment he shared with his wife, who in April filed for divorce from the weirdo.

Bastidas was a teacher at Chaminade-Madonna College Preparatory, a Catholic high school in Hollywood, where he was the chair of the social studies department and was awarded “Educator of the Year” by the school in 2023.
Allegations against the sicko were discovered about a month before his arrest. The victim student is reported to have told cops that Bastidas was her teacher in her freshman year, and she had asked him for help in running for sophomore vice president.
The complaint revealed the pair emailed each other throughout summer 2023 initially on their school emails, but this later turned to their personal accounts, reports NBCMiami.

In August 2023 Bastidas told the victim she was “more than a student” to him, and a search of the teen’s email found they talked about meeting up. Bastidas told her it was “the dangerous not so smart thing to try and do,” as per the complaint. “If I saw you on the job that would least be funny and cute, probably just make fun of you, but once my mind starts imagining things about if I was there and you were too I can only get myself into trouble.”
The pair are believed to have met at a Dunkin Donuts on August 9 and afterwards discussed having met up – describing holding hands and kissing. “Today we are going to touch and kiss and stuff, so itll make tonight feel so much better,” Bastidas wrote the teen on August 12.
“Ill just say that so much these last two nights have been about you moving and working it and pleasuring me, so now its gonna be time for me to do something that involves moving and thrusting and satisfying you.”
In another text, Bastidas spoke of the sex acts he wanted to perform on the teen. “Ill always love you. I need you, I wanna love you,” he wrote to her in a September 2023 message, according to the complaint. The teen is said to have responded: “Boris I’ll always love you too, I need you so much, and I want your love, I wanna give you my love.”

He then wrote to the victim in October 2023: “There’s not a lot I would do, to risk so much of my professional life, my reputation, even my personal life for…but for some reason [teen’s name], you make me risk it all.”
The pair engaged in oral sex twice during the relationship, the teen said – once in a shopping centre car park where the girl worked and again in an abandoned parking lot in Hollywood. Then during a school trip to New York in January 2024 Bastidas and the teen had sex in his hotel room while he was her chaperone.
Police further discovered sexual material of the teen on her phone, which she said she took herself and sent to Bastidas.
The weirdo was arrested on charges of coercion and enticement of a minor to engage in criminal sexual activity, and travelling in interstate or foreign commerce for the purpose of engaging in any illicit sexual conduct with another person. He admitted the charges in June.
Prosecutors told the court Bastidas groomed the teen and enticed her into falling in love with him through gifts like jewellery and clothes.
School officials said Bastidas was fired when the allegations surfaced, while records revealed his wife filed for divorce from him shortly after his arrest.
