Queen Mathilde of Belgium stepped out in a sensational cherry red ensemble on Monday as she met with the French President Emmanuel Macron and first Lady Brigitte during a state visit.
Mathilde, 51, was joined by her husband King Philippe, 64, in Paris, where the two greeted the French President before attending a ceremony at the Arc de Triomphe on Monday.
The Belgium royals are currently on a state visit to France, following an invitation from Emmanuel Macron, to celebrate Franco-Belgian cultural ties and the shared views on European issues.
The royals shook hands with the French politician, posing for pictures alongside Macron and his wife, Brigitte Macron, outside the French landmark in the capital.
Mathilde stunned in an rich red suit as she arrived in Paris to attend the ceremony. The royal came kitted in full length red regalia to keep her warm on the fresh morning.

She completed the look with a pair of suede gloves in the same autumnal shade, and a pair of chic cherry red stilettos.
The Belgium royal finished the ensemble with an stylish red bag and angled hat.
Mathilde wore her blonde dresses in an a chic up do, tucking her corn yellow hair behind her sloping red hat.

King Philippe wore a sophisticated navy suit alongside his glamorous wife, dressing for the autumn chill with a long black button up coat.

Phillippe and Macron were pictured reviving the flame at the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, located at the Arc de Triomphe.

The trip to Belgium marked the last leg of the pontiff’s trip to ‘the heart of Europe’ where he discussed the continent’s role in the world.
On the final day of his trip to the European nation, Belgium royals joined as the pope headed Sunday mass.
Also joining the occasion was Princess Delphine – formerly known as Delphine Boël – marking an important progression in her journey to gain recognition for her royal heritage.
