‘Gaslighting’ Sean Hannity Mocked After Going Full ‘North Korea’ Over Trump

Fox News host Sean Hannity is facing heat on social media for his over-the-top praise of Donald Trump after a rambling interview with John Micklethwait of Bloomberg News.

Trump frequently veered way off topic, attacked Micklethwait and often avoided direct answers to questions in an interview that Vice President Kamala Harris’ campaign called “angry and unfocused.”

But Hannity declared it one of Trump’s “all-time greatest moments on the campaign trail” and said the former president “absolutely schooled” Micklethwait.

“Trump frankly masterfully navigated the situation, laid out what was a clear vision for American prosperity,” Hannity said.

Some compared Hannity to North Korean state-run media, which is known for its extreme gushing over Kim Jong Un. Others compared him to “Baghdad Bob,” aka Mohammed Saeed al-Sahhaf, who provided reality-defying updates during the Iraq War. Still others compared him to the propaganda machine of the Soviet Union.

Hannity’s critics fired back on social media:
