TV show The Traitors has triggered a tourism boom in Scotland.
And it’s not the only series to inspire viewers to venture to somewhere new.

Two-thirds of travellers say major movies, streaming services and TV shows have influenced their travel choices, up 16% on last year.
Expedia, Hotels.com and Vrbo’s Unpack report said fans of Claudia Winkleman’s The Traitors were keen to check out the stunning locations around the Highlands.
The series is filmed at Ardross Castle near Inverness and sees 22 strangers plunged into in a game of deception. An Expedia spokesman said: “We identified travellers were turning to TV and film for trip inspiration in our Unpack report two years ago.
“The Traitors hasn’t just left us glued to the screen, it’s also inspiring us to visit the beautiful landscapes of Scotland.”
