A man and teenage woman have been arrested after a four-month-old baby boy died at home in an ‘unexplained’ death.
Little Kali Creed Green was found dead after ambulance workers were called to a house in Clynderwen, Pembrokeshire on Friday.
Emergency services including police, paramedics, and a Wales Air Ambulance helicopter all attended the property on October 18.
Dyfed Powys Police were called by the Wales Ambulance Service Trust concerning the welfare of the tot but tragically Kali died at the scene.
Cops quickly launched a neglect probe and a 19-year-old woman and 23-year-old man were arrested.

The pair have since been bailed but police say they are continuing to investigate the death.
A spokesperson said: ‘Dyfed-Powys Police can confirm that the name of the four month old baby, who sadly died in Clynderwen on October 18, is Kali Creed Green.
‘Officers continue to investigate the circumstances around his death.
‘Two people – a woman aged 19 and a man aged 23 – were arrested on suspicion of child neglect, and have now been released on bail pending further enquiries.
‘His death is being treated as unexplained and H.M.Coroner has been advised.’
Following the incident, a Welsh Ambulance Service spokesperson said: ‘We were called [on October 18] shortly after 1.30pm to reports of an incident in Clunderwen.
‘We sent two emergency ambulances, one Cymru high acuity response unit paramedic, one duty operational manager and a co-responder from Mid and West Fire and Rescue Service.
‘Advanced critical care support was delivered by the Emergency Medical Retrieval and Transfer Service in a Wales Air Ambulance charity helicopter’.
It said people living in the Clynderweven area will see ‘an increased police presence over the coming days.’
Residents have brought flowers and toys as a tribute to the little boy, with one resident saying ‘everyone is in shock.’
The resident, who wished to remain anonymous, told the Pembrokeshire Herald: ‘It’s heartbreaking.
‘Everyone here is in shock, and our thoughts are with the child’s family.
‘We hope that the police can get to the bottom of what happened.’
The coroner for Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire has been informed but no date has yet been set for the inquest into Kali’s death.
