Pregnant lady falls to her dying from excessive rise as new child child fights for all times

Police have confirmed that a heavily pregnant woman fell to her death from the 17th floor of a tower block, with her newborn now battling for survival. The mum-to-be, who was “in the late stage of pregnancy”, fell from her high-rise home in Burmantofts, Leeds yesterday, with cops and paramedics swarming the scene during the morning tragedy.

Yorkshire Ambulance Service alerted West Yorkshire Police to the harrowing event at Shakespeare Towers, situated in Shakespeare Approach, at about 10.24am. Despite frantic efforts by medics to save the expectant mother, tragically identified as a lady in her 30s, she was declared dead on-site.

Miraculously, her baby was successfully delivered at a nearby hospital and is currently receiving “critical care”.

A West Yorkshire police spokesperson solemnly reported that the woman had “fallen from a height”. But there’s a silver lining – it seems there’s nothing dodgy behind it all, as they further mentioned that “there were no suspicious circumstances”.

Adding further details, a representative from West Yorkshire Police stated: “At 10.24am today, police were contacted by the ambulance service who had been called to an incident where a woman had fallen from height. The woman died at the scene as result of her injuries.”

“There were no suspicious circumstances and the Coroner’s Office has been informed. The woman, aged in her thirties, was in the late stage of pregnancy and her baby was delivered at hospital after the incident and is receiving critical care.”
