Urgent recall of 136 meals issued with ‘don’t eat these’ warning – see full record

A mass product recall has been issued – with Brit shoppers warned about eating “contaminated” food items. The Food Standards Agency is the company responsible for issuing product recall notices, and the latest one has more products than any single warning has contained than any other warning in 2024.

A whopping 136 products are being recalled, all because they could be contaminated mustard containing peanuts. The full list includes several Mr Vikki’s pickles, various flavours of Favourit seasonings and seven Slimming World products and is listed below.

However a FSA spokesman said: “Several brands are taking the precautionary step of recalling the above products and have been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.

“These products are sold under several different brand names at several different retail stores. Point of sale notices will be displayed where the products were sold. These notices explain to customers why the products are being recalled and tell them what to do if they have bought the products.

“If you have bought any of the above products and have an allergy to peanuts, do not eat them. Instead return them to the store from where they were bought for a full refund.”
