Eight people have been injured after a land train crashed in a Cornwall holiday park.
The incident occurred just before 7pm tonight at the popular tourist hotspot of Tregoad Holiday Park near Looe, Cornwall.
Devon and Cornwall Police rushed to the scene alongside a rescue helicopter.
The Daily Mirror has reported that the accident is thought to involved the Looe Land Train – which is popular with tourists and can be booked for events.
Devon and Cornwall Police said: ‘Police are currently at the scene of a multi-agency incident at a holiday park in St Martin, near Looe. We were called just before 7pm tonight following an incident involving a land train.

‘Ambulance, Coastguard and fire are also in attendance. Eight people are believed to have been injured, but none of their injuries are thought to be critical or life-changing at this stage. The incident remains ongoing at this time.’
