Police say they are ‘deeply concerned’ for the welfare of a mother and baby after they were last seen on CCTV leaving a Travelodge hotel two weeks ago.
Anka, 29, and her three-month-old baby were captured on the hotel’s camera footage leaving the premises on Dunstable Road, Luton, shortly before 11am on Thursday, October 17.
Bedfordshire Police received reports of a sighting of the pair just over two miles away from this spot, but they have not been seen or spoken to since.
Anka was last seen wearing a black zip-up top, jeans and black trainers. She was carrying a red and green bag.
Investigators are concerned for the welfare of both mother and child, with detective Sergeant Ben Searle saying: ‘Anka and her baby have now been missing for almost two weeks and we are deeply concerned for their welfare.
